The Truro Bearcats have acquired forward Luke Munroe from the Fredericton Red Wings for a 3rd round draft pick (Pictou County) in the 2022 MHL Entry Draft and future considerations.
The 19-year-old from Kitchener, Ontario spent the 2019-20 season with the Kitchener Dutchmen of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL), scoring twelve goals and ten assists in 46 games. Munroe was dealt to Fredericton earlier this month.
