Bearcat Bytes: #18 Cole Julian

# 18 Cole Julian
Musquodoboit Harbour, NS
6’2”, 195 lbs.
18, Forward

Bearcat-of-the-Week honors went to rookie forward, Cole Julian. Obviously, there were no points garnered in two Shutout loses, but his spirited play, shot blocking and tenacity didn’t go unnoticed. He was named Third Star in both games last week.

He got his hockey start in the Eastern Shore Mariner Program, going through the ranks to the Peewee level when he suited up in the “AAA” Cole Harbour Red Wings Association, picking up Provincial experience both years. Next up were a pair of seasons with the Pro Hockey Life Major Bantams. At the Midget level he played two seasons with the Cole Harbour Wolfpack. The 2018 Bearcat pick brought a big body to the lineup. He quickly adapted to the Bearcat style and has been difficult to play against. His overall two-way game has flourished at this level.
