Million Card Giveaway update!

The Truro Jr. “A” Bearcats in partnership with Cooper’s Cabin, Truro Centre and Elsewhere Gaming & Hobbies recently presented several community groups with more vintage NHL hockey cards as part of the Million Card Giveaway.

Bearcats Marketing Director Don McMillan recently presented approximately 18,000 vintage NHL hockey cards to Big Brothers Big Sisters as part of the Million Card Giveaway.

Chief Bob Gloade of Millbrook First Nation accepted approximately 105,000 hockey and other sports cards to be distributed throughout the province.

The Bearcats are giving away vintage NHL Hockey cards to our fans at each home game. Each patron at the game will be given a ticket when they enter the rink for a chance to win 1500 NHL hockey cards. There will be 3 tickets drawn for each home game through the regular and playoff games this season. The number of cards given away will increase as the season goes on.
