Landon Miron commits to Truro for the 2022-23 season

The Truro Bearcats are pleased to announce that winger Landon Miron will be joining the team for the upcoming 2022-23 season. Truro acquired Miron’s rights in a trade with Campbellton before the start of last season.

Originally drafted by South Shore in the 2019 MHL Entry Draft, the 19-year-old from Dartmouth, N.S. spent the last two and a half seasons in the QMJHL between Halifax and Val-d’Or. In 2019-20,  Miron had three goals and an assist in 20 games, which he followed up with eleven goals and five assists in 37 games in 2020-21.

Last season, Miron had one goal and two assists in eighteen games with the Mooseheads before being claimed off waiver by Val-d’Or. Miron had four goals and an assist in 30 games with the Foreurs.
