We invite you to join us at 7:00pm on December 5th at the RECC as former Bearcat coach, Shawn Evans makes his first visit back to Truro with his Miramichi Timberwolves.
It is our privilege that we honour and celebrate Coach Evans legacy with the Bearcats during the pre game ceremony and officially raise his name
to the rafters of the RECC.
Shawn was behind the Truro bench from 2002-2023 and his list of accomplishments includes 1 Fred Page Cup, 4 league championships as well as 3 MHL Coach of the Year awards.
Amazingly, during his tenure with the Bearcats his team has never missed the playoffs nor had a record below .500.
We know how much of an impact Coach Evans has on this team and this community so let’s fill the RECC to celebrate this moment.
