The Truro Bearcats are pleased to announce the signing of 19 year old forward, Antoine Fontaine from the Halifax Mooseheads for the second half of the season.
Fontaine brings a wealth of junior experience, playing in parts of the last three seasons with Halifax, suiting up in 144 career games as a Moosehead. In 2024/25, Antoine had a career high in goals, assists and points (13-10-23) as well as appearing in all Halifax’s playoff games where they upset Drummondville in the first round.
We are thrilled to add a player of Fontaine’s caliber for the second half as we look to continue what has been a very strong season.
Fontaine will wear #27 for the Bearcats.
