Bearcat Fans and Supporters:
Hardly have we recovered from the sudden closure of a promising Bearcat playoff run amid the COVID-19 pandemic; then awakened to the most unimaginable and horrific happenings in Colchester County beginning Saturday, April 18. It is so hard to put any of this in perspective.
While our thoughts and prayers go to the victims, families and communities, the Truro Bearcats ask you to go a step further. The Bearcats join the other eleven member teams of the MHL to support the League’s Nova Scotia Victims Fund; designed to support those affected. All funds generated will be directed to helping meet the needs of those impacted.
The Bearcats ask that you view the video (attached below), then go to the link to purchase the decals and display them as proud, supportive Nova Scotians do. We would also like to remind you that you can continue to donate to the fund following the 48 hour deadline mentioned in the video. You can do this by selecting the “MHL NS Victims Trust Fund” as your Community Organization to Donate at time of purchase.
